01 / FIND YOUR FIRST OFFER

Start with a buyer.
Give them a reason.

Turn a rough idea into one clear offer you can investigate. You’ll leave with a product brief and a focused next step for your AI assistant.

Start with three answers. Add research and operating details when you have them.

OUR OWN WORKED EXAMPLE

What changed at Build to Bill?

Our first draft taught people to deliver a client website. The owner wanted a business with less ongoing client work. We changed the proposed product to a digital-product launch system.

That clarified the offer. It did not prove customers would buy it. The next evidence must come from the intended buyers.

THE PERSON AND THE PROBLEM

Choose a situation you can recognize. “People interested in AI” is broad; “a workshop organizer preparing their first paid session” is specific.

Describe a concrete difficulty. Leave income guarantees and invented urgency out.

THE THING THEY RECEIVE

Name a reusable download and what it does. A usable organizer is clearer than “the ultimate success bundle.”
