A system you understand.
Work through one complete digital-product launch. Each stage ends with something usable, and a clear check before you move on.
- 01 / THE OFFER
Give someone a reason to buy.
Choose a buyer and a problem, inspect the alternatives, and collect evidence before making the product. Use AI to organize research and improve a draft.
You leave with: a clear offer and evidence notes. - 02 / THE PRODUCT
Make the thing worth owning.
Develop one original download, try it with someone in the intended audience, and repair the confusing parts. Package the finished version with usable instructions.
You leave with: a tested first edition. - 03 / THE STORE
Connect the sale to delivery.
Adapt the storefront starter, connect your accounts, and rehearse payment, file access and refunds before enabling sales.
You leave with: your store and an order test. - 04 / THE ROUTINE
Run it with a smaller workload.
Launch one customer-finding experiment, review results, and use AI-assisted support drafts and operating instructions to handle routine work.
You leave with: a launch experiment and owner routine.
The private draft includes six written lessons, editable storefront source, a working product example and operating instructions. Hosted order/delivery checks and independent beginner testing remain before sale.

YOUR PART OF THE BUSINESS
Less repetitive work.
Still your judgment.
Software handles delivery. A verified paid order can grant file access without you sending every download by hand.
AI helps you prepare. It can help with drafts, research summaries and support replies. You review important decisions and grant any required account access.
You create demand. The business still needs a useful product, customer acquisition, updates and exception handling. Sales, profit and a particular workload cannot be promised.
BEFORE YOU START
A few clear answers.
Can this become passive income?
Automatic delivery can reduce repetitive work after setup. Revenue still depends on a useful offer and finding customers. This is a business-building project, not a promise of income or a specific workload.
What do I get in the complete kit?
Six written lessons, editable storefront code, the original Workshop Desk example, setup and order-recovery instructions, a first-customer experiment and an AI operating brief. It uses one USD-priced digital download. No video course, customer list or personal coaching is included.
How technical is it?
You will edit files with your AI assistant, connect your own provider accounts and test the results. A computer and willingness to work through setup are required. We are testing how well an independent beginner can follow the instructions; we have not established a reliable completion time.
Does it include an autonomous AI support agent?
It includes a process and instructions for AI-assisted support drafts. Your own assistant helps prepare replies; you review them and decide what account access to grant. A connected autonomous help desk is not included.
What other costs should I expect?
Your domain, payment processing and provider usage are separate. The starter uses Stripe, Cloudflare and Resend; free allowances and overage charges depend on their plans. No AI subscription, hosting plan or domain is included.
What happened to the website lessons?
The earlier client-website exercise remains available as a legacy free resource. The new edition focuses on your own digital-product business.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Make one idea
worth building.
Start with a specific person, a useful result and a reason they would choose it. The free offer workshop turns those answers into a brief you can keep.
